Also here’s a playlist of Jazekiel fanvids that I’ve made, if you’re into that & haven’t seen them yet. So far I’ve made 3 but I’m always open to requests, either for gifsets or vids.

Sending this to you so it reaches everyone in the fandom... Could we encourage everyone to use the 'thelibrariansedit' tag when posting their gifs? For starters, it's far easier to track than going through all the messages on 'the librarians' tag, not to mention that edits get missed that way. Also, for those of us making gifs, it's rather annoying to spend an hour or more making a set (that it's not on the -edit tag) only to find out it's already been posted under 'the librarians'. Thanks!

Yes! I highly encourage people to tag their edited content (gifs, pics, vids) with #thelibrariansedit.

Usually if there are a lot of posts in the librarians tag (i.e. when the episodes air) it’s quite easy to miss edits, so I highly recommend using both ‘the librarians’ and ‘thelibrariansedit’ in the first 5 tags.

(And then again, sometimes the tag messes up and posts don’t show up for whatever reason.) I always mean to tag my posts (here, as well as on @gdayjohnkim​, @huckleberrykim​, @jazekiel​, & @flyzekiel​) with both, so if I don’t it was an accident (feel free to mention it).

I usually go back through ‘thelibrariansedit’ tag multiple times a day, as well, but I know that as of late I’ve fallen behind on reblogging posts to this blog, so if I haven’t reblogged something within a week, you can give me a kick.

Is there any chance you could tag your jenkins stuff as 'caretaker Jenkins' ? It's a tag several of us are using for him since his stuff gets a bit lost in the jenkins tag among all the other jenkins, and in all honestly I really don't want to miss anything you do that involves him. Thanks for all your hard work.

I went back and changed the tag and the links on the blog, so that everything jenkins-related that has been posted/reblogged here should show up at fyeahthelibrarians.tumblr.com/tagged/caretaker-jenkins (unless it was inproperly tagged as something other than ‘jenkins’ before which is possible). And I’ll use that tag from now on.

Hi there! I have a question, maybe you can help me? Are there any news or rumors or speculation as to whether the show will get renewed for a 4th season or not? I'm super new to the fandom and I've been looking around, but haven't seen anyone talking about this. And ngl, I'm a tad bit worried. Thank you in advance! :)

I’m sorry this is so late. I saw it and made a mental note to get to it and then I completely forgot.

So far I have not seen anything official about a renewal, but I have seen a few different ‘Sure to be renewed’ tweets on twitter and there’s this from cancelledscifi.com:

Status: (Updated 12/20/16) This show is currently performing even with its average from last season and looks pretty good considering the stiff competition it has faced on Sunday nights. Factor in the loyal and active fanbase for the show which keeps it trending on the social nets and I like its chances of a fourth season, especially considering the fact that it has made it to the cable third year threshold.  |source|

So, although it doesn’t mean anything for certain, according to the internet, it looks good for a season 4, and I am hopeful. If anyone has anything to add, please do.
