The athlete versus the coach in four parts
Never Quit: Never quit is an obtained effort to keep moving forward through diversity and pressure trying to slow you down or stop you. At least a few times a month I will put myself through a high intense full court basketball endurance drill for at least an hour or more. The constant change of running speed going up and down the court with a target routine shooting exercise involved is to push myself to make those game shots a lot more easier. Today’s endurance training shot with my full court training was focused on my 3 point shooting with heavy breathing involved and a tired body. Here’s a great bible verse for never quit. “Let us not become weary in doing good, for at the proper time we will reap a harvest if we do not give up” Galatians 6:9. Never quit on yourselves my comrades. #neverquit #basketballtraining #athletecoach (at Kamloops, British Columbia) https://www.instagram.com/p/CDcwuCPBaYz/?igshid=44zjo787xv80
