“So,” SkekAm clasped his hands together, grinning widely and glancing at SkekShod and SkekRu’s younger sisters. “How have you two been? Good, yes? So, any chance of any skekling on the w-”

“¡Papi, tómalo con calma!” SkekRu interjected, her rosy face even more red. SkekAm frowned

“Agh, Ru, Cuando tenía tu edad-” SkekAm rolled his eyes and the father daughter duo began to interject back and forth. SkekAth stood awkwardly, chuckling to himself. He remembered as a young skekling, the disdainful glare SkekAm would give him if he got too friendly with his daughter. Now that they were married, it seemed like he couldn’t wait to be a grandfather. Not that there was any shortage of skeklings in his life, with Am and Shod returning to the castle thanks to their umpteenth pregnancy.

That night, though, the question finally came up. SkekAth held SkekRu in his arms, her deep red hair tickling his beak as he preened it. Ru’s hand slowly roamed, finding its destination in his and she clicked her dark beak.

“Is it part of your plan at all? Having skeklings?” She glanced back at him. The Linguist smiled, sitting up and propping himself on one elbow.

“Is that you talking or your father?”

“Me, dumbass!” She laughed, playfully nudging him and turning over to face him. She looked away, still smiling but quieter and far more bashful. “...I just want to know.”

“Well, I like us taking it slow, cariño.” SkekAth said, petting her cheek and nuzzling the pronounced bump at the top of her bill. “But one day... you know. One day.”

The spotted skeksis pulled away to gaze at SkekRu, reveling in the relief on her face, and the lovely smile on her tusked mouth.

“We can take as much time as we need, my love... but one day, I can see that for us.” He said softly. SkekRu pressed a kiss to the bulls-eye blotches on his cheek, nodding.

“I like that,” She murmured. “I like that answer.”

Hypothetical Overkill FWA au

After ISATfrin gives up and makes his wish and turns into the Director, the outer loops start, the Siffrins are still the main ones changing, but the rest of the party changes slightly more, {except for Odile.} Each new outer loop, the party members take turns looping. {The director has no idea what's going on and just thinks that the Siffrin are the only ones who loops} all the sponsors get all fucked up like Loop, Quill's feathers get all messy, Borealis gets hazey, less viable, its lights flicker often, Samos is just in the well at all times, Athru has a massive crack in their head, the isat crew appears as ghosts in the Labrynth, Director ignores them.

In the 51st outer loop, for the first time since the Director, the whole party is looping again. Will they be able to beat the director if they put their head together? Who knows?

Heyya! I have a question for how "mean" you guides can get with their Looper. (and warning, because this is a rather big ramble.)

Mainly because this reminds me of an OC of mine named "Tips". They are not a version of the party, but their own character who was basically screwed over by both the Universe and Change God wanting to save their adopted dad.

They have quite literally been through it all: not just only Siffrin looping, but other party members as well. Alongside darker time lines/fics, they've seen and experienced the entire Party at their absolute worst so many times they've become VERY silly about it! Mainly in the "if you interrupt me again, your corpse is gonna go flying in five different direction!"

The reason? No matter how many times Tips tried to help the party in breaking out (they figured out what causes it, but they never believe them), it never ends well and the Looper always mauls them with their weapon before running off to trigger Act 5 and then Act 6... before everything is reset with a new Looper taking over the last spot.

And this has happened for COUNTLESS cycles. Suffice to say, they want to out, but they never convince anyone, so they just keep going despite the hell. And they WILL needle everyone's insecurities (Sif's lack of a home, Isa's cowardness, Mira's unwillingness to change, Odile's cold heart/mommy issues, Bonnie's guilt over being "useless") to a breaking point just to prove they aren't as well off as they claim. Even to levels that might make Loop, who sees the party as fakes/copies, unnerved. Oh, and if a Looper DOES reach Act 6 despite Tips' best efforts, a VERY different fight against them replaces the Guide, one that, if lost, Tips WILL send them back to the very start out of spite/refusal to endure another cycle with someone else.

Fun facts: they have the power to manipulate dreams and wishes (this was before becoming a guide, has only worsen through the cycles) and is immune to all Wish craft. Can peer into the very code of ISaT itself to manipulate events to lead to their desired outcome. Also color, which no longer exists, sadly (they miss purple) They can and will set the Looper back if they go too far on the "wrong path" (ACT 5/6). They wear a robe similar to Sif's, but has a big bow with long ribbons on it (Think Sylveon) to hide the fact they tore theirs off when the Change God and/or Universe tried to silence them. Oh, and their "face", a cute looking chibi-esque thing, hides behind their hair a twisted version of whatever wound the party member left them with. Under their mask face it is a void of utter darkness (contrasting Loop's bright face!). Also long, wild hair.

Sorry if this was a lot, really liked the Guides concepts and was curious what their limits would be. Would love to share more if open to it!

Quill wouldn't be too terrible mean about her problems more just dismissive she doesn't want to think about it either.

Athru would more just call Mirabelle out. I don't think she would be as mean as Loop but definitely not nice in the slightest.

Borealis is the nicest out of everyone. He wants Isa to come out of this as still Isa so being mean to him wouldn't help that at all. He does let his own self loathing out on Isa sometimes. Which is Loop levels. But overall very kind.

Samos is just WAY worse than loop. Constantly berating Bonnie, trying to get them to stop caring. Bonnie just learns to bite back after a bit. Yeah but samos is just constantly mean to Bonnie being dismissive, rude, demeaning. The whole sabang.
