We need a graphic artist to lay out the sign on our roof ASAP! So after almost 15 years of successful business the wind knocked down our huge original box sign that was made for @AONtattoo roof. It was blown down a WHILE ago. I immediately hired a "PRO" sign company to create a new image based on the awesome art on the left of this post, and paid multiple graphics artists, one after another to simply knock out a horizontal "sign shaped" image based on our newer "Americana" style artwork already being used. It repeatedly went horribly wrong. The good art (left) by folks like @ihatemarkus_tattoo And @ga_candy is solid, and well done. All these "PRO" sign companies needed to do was make similar images, but shaped horizontal & lighter (to allow light from HUGE sign lightbox to shine through it) in Blue colors (to match existing signage and the building itself). ANY self proclaimed "graphic artist" could knock it out in an afternoon? So now, a month later, after vividly describing what we want 11 separate times personally by phone, sending amazing reference art email style, and even sketching it out in pencil more than once, the resulting art that came into our inbox's is the bullshit you see on the right side. Retarded. I know it's unbelievable and some of you are going to be like "no way that's what they sent you", but seriously, the bottom right not only was sent to me as "recommended artwork" but actually ate up 5 weeks of constant waiting. So I guess we should start a sign company?
