To celebrate the arrival of spring festival, Sushi GoGo (争鲜gogo) came out with a trio of bento sets. The Taste of Spring 🦋 theme celebrate with a series of colourful sushi 🍣 inspired by the fresh, lively flavours of spring.
The Ocean Bloom ✨ (S$6) featured torched Atlantic redfish 🐟 topped with wasabi tobikko, garlic chilli and lime, alongside torched Norwegian salmon with minced tuna, lobster 🦞 salad and shredded crab stick — a delightful blend of umami and bright, refreshing notes.
The 8pcs Blossom Tide 🌊 (S$7) delights with a spring selection of cooked scallops with mentai mayo, octopus 🐙 with creamy mayonnaise and bonito flakes, Atlantic redfish 🐟 with a zesty lime finish, and salmon with mentai mayo — rich, creamy and refreshingly satisfying. I also grabbed a 2pcs Crab Stick Sushi 🦀🍣 (S$2) in addition to the above two bento sets.
