Today this beer can finished making the trip from Washington State all the way back to where it began, here in Charlotte. In 1956 the Charlotte location was the last of the 5 Atlantic Breweries to close. It was located at 300 S. Graham Street (today condos are there, it’s across the street from BB&T ballpark.) I know it’s rough, but “the very fact that it still exists” (Mike Wolfe) is incredible!
