SG CHILLI MUD CRAB // Lunch is served. First attempt at Singapore Chilli Mud Crab using mud crab (aud54.95/kg - my crab was aud37) from Atlantic Seafood Market, Northbridge and the sauce pack by Prima Taste Singapore (aud9.35) purchased from VHT, Northbridge. Cheated using a pre-made sauce packet. Wasn’t going to experiment just yet in case it went wrong. The sauce is spicy, flavoursome and yummy - I think I added too much water at the start. Hope everyone is keeping safe during this three days lockdown.
