I find it hard to believe how many people support Nine's perspective in Code Adam. I think his view of the Originals is recklessly forgiving and assumes that none of their past trauma or issues are insurmountable. He comes to the realization that he killed Vesta in cold blood as a child and expects a pep talk to fix everything? Even if such were possible, that doesn't erase everything the Horrors have done and will continue to do.
Deus does not care about the damage he inflicts on others, nor the lives he takes, and even works for the military as a human weapon. As for Hiru, "The Vigilante of the Red Light District", her twisted sense of justice has caused her to ruthlessly murder dozens, if not hundreds, of people in the red light district, some who did nothing wrong. Fyra is irreparably mentally damaged and has slaughtered many people. She tortured and murdered Sita's manager, and also works as a killing machine for the government. Viis, "The Mad Doctor of the Slums", himself admitted that he enslaved and murdered countless people because of his hatred for Hades and a misguided sense of vengeance for Orion. Sita's callousness resulted in the death of her manager, and has no eye for the harm she puts others in by using her ability carelessly. Otto's done who knows what for the government, and Nine himself killed Vesta and burned countless people to death by losing control of his power. Even Atlas has killed and damaged many. The only person who hasn't done any direct damage is Sete, who seems content to sit back and do nothing altogether.
Nine is delusional if he thinks all the damage done and lives taken can be fixed/reversed.
