All the material on your site is copyrighted and watermarked material. Your use does not fall under "fair use". I'd be pretty upset if my work or my kid was on your site.
All the pictures I post come from Flickr. On Flickr, every artist can choose to authorize their pictures to be shared on other websites like Facebook or tumblr, or they can choose to not authorize it. I only post pictures that are authorized, as there is a shortcut on Flickr to do just that, a shortcut that only works if the artist allows visitors to do so.
By doing so, the picture posted on tumblr contains a direct link to their original page on flickr if you click on it. You will also notice that the name of the artist is linked under each of the pictures I post, directing anyone who clicks on it to the artist's profile. I don't think I could be any clearer about the fact that I don't claim to take any credit over those pictures, which is better than what 97% of the blogs on tumblr do.The occasional pictures that do not have those links or proper credit are pictures that I've reblogged from other blogs, and I don't take responsibility for what they do.
If any of the original artists or parents gets upset upon realizing that I've posted their pictures here, all they have to do is message me and I'll take them down. They should also unauthorize the sharing of their work from their Flickr account.
