Izuku swallowed hard as he stood outside of All Might’s office. He held a gift bag in his hand and sucked in a deep breath. This was probably a really awkward thing he was doing, but he felt the need to do it. 

It was Father’s Day and he wanted to show his appreciation to the closest thing he’s had to a father figure. 

After letting out the breath, he raised his hand to knock on the door.

It’s kind of exciting how Izuku has slowly started talking to All Might about more and more, conversations about training and One for All sometimes forgotten as Izuku goes on about heroes or updates All Might on random things going on in his life. He’d been briefly going over some of the latest drama Class 2-A was involved with, thankfully totally harmless this time, having to do with blooming relationships and crushes. All while Izuku carefully avoids mentioning anything about his own…

It’s not a surprise that All Might is well past any of this drama, and Izuku is laughing and grinning along with him, everything fine and calm, until he hears the second half of what All Might says. Izuku’s mouth falls open, eyes growing wide with wonder. Did he— did he understand that right?! 

“Wait, ‘settled down’?! Have you been— are you seeing someone? Is that what you mean?” Oh no, does that sound way too intrusive? Should he even be asking this? Izuku feels his cheeks beginning to burn. “Oh gosh! Sorry! Just— I’m curious, is all! I-If I’m anywhere even near right and if I’m allowed to ask something like that, anyway! I know that’s probably pretty personal!”

Though, Izuku would be lying if he said he’s not curious, and actually, well, he’d been wanting to bring up questions about relationships to All Might for a while…

First off, I need to congratulate you on your wonderful URL change. I loved your previous one, but I dig the reference to atlas, and it’s overall very sleek. You have great taste. Secondly, I want to say that I adore your versatility. You’ve made me cry-laugh, gasp, and ‘aww’ out loud with your threads. You are seriously funny, and I love your ship with truexman. I never thought I’d ship these two, but you made me see them in a completely new light. You’ve been nothing but great, both ic and ooc, and I’d love to talk/write more with you in the future!
