roxy understands wanting to be left alone, she understands it so much so that she knows it never really helps. when you’re alone, LIKE TRULY ALONE ------ you tend to overthink things in a means of compensating for what you don’t have - human interaction. and whenever you overthink things, you blame yourself for things, hurt yourself for nothing ? whats the point in that ? whats the point in punishing yourself for something when you’ve done nothing wrong ? she can’t allow it. she won’t allow it. hannah means more than that to her and because of that very reason, she won’t leave. she’ll stay in her seated position beside the female, allow a hand to fall upon her shoulder in a means of comfort.
if hannah wants to sit there in silence she’s more than willing to do that for her, she’ll happily do that for her. but she’ll never leave her, especially when she’s CLEARLY UPSET and needs a shoulder to cry on. roxy will be that shoulder, she’ll be the one to help her through her dark days because that’s what friends are for. friends always stick by friends, she’s a firm believer of that and she’ll make sure hannah knows it too. ❝ i’m not going anywhere, han. i’ll sit here and listen to your problems or we can just sit in silence or you can cry on my shoulder, whatever you want . . . whatever you need, i’ll be here to guide you through it. you’re my friend hannah, probably one of my best, i’m not going to leave you alone when you’re upset, that’s not within my nature. ❞ its really not, roxy would never let anyone hurt alone, even if that person happened to be someone she strongly disliked, she wouldn’t do it and do you want to know why ? because she hates seeing people in pain. maybe because she’s been in pain most of her life and wishes for no one to go through it, maybe its because she believes people shouldn’t be alone like she’s been all of her life or maybe its because she’s GENUINELY A NICE PERSON. whatever the reason, she’s not that kind of person, she cares for people whether she wants to or not. she always will.
