Today’s “A Toy a Day May” subject is “extra special,” and it doesn’t get more special for me than this monster plush made by my grandma and based off one of my drawings. The story goes that young me drew this creature, with little kid beasts that could be carried around in kangaroo-like pouches, and suggested that my grandmother could make it for me.
