One of the things I am happy to announce with this documentary is that everything is planned properly. I wanted to make sure that fans knew we were not asking them to fund an idea, but something that is already written, completely planned, and has a full production full team (post production included.) I feel this will also separate us from the majority of crowd funding as well.

Kingdom of Mu has returned and summoned a dark warrior! Katto's Attragon 2 seems to have many stories in play.

Shingo Maehata's Zella overlooks the town he is about to obliterate.

Personally, details are more than important, and I have waited a few extra day to announce because of this. There are a few more surprises along the way, all exclusive for the fund raising for this documentary. So check in a lot over the next few days... Kaiju Gaiden is launching very soon!

The Guardian of Mu, Manda, is summoned back in Katto's Atragon 2.

One of main stories and segments that I originally drew up for Kaiju Gaiden was the story of Mr. Katto *(see bottom of post). Mr. Katto did several independent films, which even at this point I am not sure which were made into full length features besides Atragon 2 (There are several trailers!)

When Mark Jaramillo found Mr. Nakajima, he was told briefly about the films. When he told me, I thought the story was so intriguing I wrote this as one of the main segments in Kaiju Gaiden. I thought to myself "Now I know someone else had decided to become a filmmaker to keep the genre alive!"

Thank you so far for everyone's support and excitement about the Kaiju Gaiden documentary. The whole purpose was to give the directors a medium through which to tell their stories! I hope everyone is liking my daily update format, thank you for all your responses/questions, which I personally have enjoyed reading. Some big reveals in the next coming weeks, so keep tuning in and supporting!

*A little error on our parts through translations, I have said Mr. Kattoh in panels before, but tit is actually Mr. Katto. I am big on keeping the facts strait and erasing rumors.

**Edited on the 8/26/14 - Confirmed over email it is Katto. There was much confusion as only Mr. Nakajima knows Mr. Katto at this point.
