I'M BACK! I actually started playing NMS again a couple days before Visions was announced so I got some backlog to post. I'll be playing Visions for the first time tonight and I cannot wait to check out the new content! :D More to come....

I never thought this blog would amount to much, No Man’s Sky’s hasn’t been a particularly popular game to say the least. It is however my personal favorite game of all time. I’m certainly not saying it’s the best game out there, but for me it has everything I could ever want in a space exploration simulator.
To provide a bit of my own gaming history and context to why NMS is my favorite game, I submit to you this story.
When I was younger I had a copy of Star Trek The Next Generation for Sega Genesis. In this game you could take the Enterprise around to different star systems and observe the planets around them. I would keep a small notepad next to me and write down the names of all the star systems I had visited and what planets could be found there. Of course the game had a mission structure that would take you to planets that you could land on and walk around. But I just liked the freedom of going anywhere I wanted and could only wish that I could physically go down to every planet. Then comes No Man’s Sky, a game that at its very core gives me that basic experience. Explore a vast galaxy, freely jumping from one star system to the next, landing on and documenting a variety of planets, each unique in some way. I’ve been hooked ever since.

Atrium Log Update
I have spent some time with the Pathfinder Update and I really like the new photo mode. I still have some backlog pics to burn through before I start posting anything from Pathfinder, but here are a couple recent shots from the update.
Currently I’m back on my temporary homeworld tearing up the local landscape with the above pictured ride. After I learn all that is new in the galaxy, I shall continue on my quest to see a thousand worlds.
Atrium Log Update Finally, I've posted all my backlog pics and the Pathfinder era begins! I spent quite a while exploring my homeworld with the new exocraft (the above pictured hovercraft being my favorite), but soon I was out in the stars again. I couldn't stay idle for long, the new photo mode begging me to find unique worlds and creatures to capture. And that I did. Keep exploring the stars!

Hello fellow travellers! The times are changing, a new update is around the corner and I’ve decided it’s time to seek new adventures irl. Though I fully intend to keep updating this blog everyday until and through the next update, I may not be able to keep up with it afterwards. As some of you may already know I am an amateur artist and a particular project I’ve been working on is almost complete. When the time comes I’ll unveil the curtain, it’s something I’m sure followers of this blog will be interested in!

Atrium Log Update
Since the foundation update I've been camping out in a star system below the Galactic Core, building a temporary base while uncovering new crafting recipes and elements. Soon I will start the search for my perfect homeworld and create a permanent base. The next series of pics will be from my current home system Atrium Lvlever and a neighboring star system that I frequented for resources. Keep exploring the stars.
