Sadly, no. We tend to only allow usual famous people (like Amber Heard and Jenna McDougall) because they are, indeed, famous.
And as a side note, we would prefer if other FCs stayed that way. We went over this together (both mods) and we've decided that we cannot allow someone use themselves or their friends, family, or generally not that famous of people as FCs.
It would be easier, though, if we had proof of permission that they could be used, but it's unlikely we would accept because it is generally a...strange thing.
