Ron smiled over at her, hand resting on her stomach as he nodded. “The absolute best, Pans.” He whispered as he kissed her stomach and then he kissed her. “You’ll be the best mum the baby could ask for and I’ll be right by your side.” He was excited to start a family with her. Sure, this hadn’t been expected but Ron had quickly come around to the idea. “We’ll be the best parents, Pansy. Trust me.”

In all honesty, that was the last thing Gideon expected to hear when she had come back from the restroom. He knew it was his, of course it had to be his but she was pregnant? He stared at her then leaned back against the counter. One could easily say that Gideon Prewett was in shock. 

“We’re having a baby?” He asked, eyes looking over her and landing on her still flat stomach. “A baby?”
