Looking to plant roots in Noida’s fast-growing real estate hub? A well-chosen plot can change your future, both in lifestyle and in…
Location is the first win. Ats Province D Olympia sits in a high-access pocket of Noida with fast routes to Delhi, Jewar Airport, and major highways. Proximity to Noida Expressway and upcoming metro links turns daily commutes into short, predictable drives. That convenience attracts both families and tenants, which supports long-term price growth.
The developer is the second win. ATS Noida is known for refined design, durable construction, and well-run communities. Projects like ATS Knightsbridge show what the brand delivers when it comes to finish and upkeep. Olympia brings that same attention to detail to a plotted format, so you get control over your home design with the comfort of organized infrastructure.
Plot sizes start from 120 sqm, with wider options for larger homes. Pricing is hovering around INR 1.5 crore for entry sizes, depending on location within the project and ongoing offers. The value shows up in the layout, the width of internal roads, the planned clubhouses, and the clean separation of residential zones. You get room to breathe, not a cramped grid.
ATS Plot Palm D Olympia presents an exceptional investment opportunity that we believe serious property buyers shouldn’t overlook in 2025…
ATS Plot Palm D Olympia stands as a remarkable investment opportunity for 2025 and beyond. Throughout this article, we've highlighted the exceptional advantages this property offers, specifically its strategic location along the Yamuna Expressway in Greater Noida. This prime positioning, combined with proximity to the upcoming Jewar International Airport and Film City, essentially guarantees substantial appreciation potential.
The lifestyle benefits cannot be overlooked, either. With a massive 1.5 lakh sq. ft. clubhouse, extensive fitness facilities, and 35 acres of open spaces, residents will enjoy a quality of life that few other developments can match. Families especially will appreciate the thoughtfully designed children's areas and recreational zones.
Yesterday was one of the saddest days the WW has seen since the aftermath of the Battle of Hogwarts. We’ve grown accustomed to the peace that the end of Voldemort had given the world, and never thought that anything horrible would happen again. Yet yesterday showed us exactly how flawed that line of thinking was.
Yesterday we lost 28 of our own, from the ages of 13 through 87. None of them had been asking for this to happen, none of them had believed that yesterday would be their last. We finally are allowed to release the names of those who tragically died yesterday.

October 24th is going to be a day that we do not forget for a long time, however this reporter wonders if it really is as accidental as it seems. We were given four different causes, accidents that happened: at Ilvermorny there was said to be an accident in the potions lab very similar to the one in 1966, an addict overdosing on phoenix ashes setting off the marketplace when they caught on fire in Frey, Owain having a new piece of MagiTech malfunction, and in New York City a duel gone wrong just steps away from where all of our government is run. And while many choose to believe that this was all coincidence, to this reporter it seems like we’ve gone over what is allowed to be thought as coincidence after the second explosion. The more information that we receive, the more it seems to be an attack. Why else would there be more students at Ilvermory killed than just those in the potions lab? Why else would an overdose, which is known for a small fires destroy the majority of a town? Isn’t it strange that two men would have a duel just outside our government – especially as our laws specifically bans duels from anywhere the Non-Maj population can see?
If there is a cover up, we do believe that we will get to the bottom of it. However for now, there are more questions than answers. Questions that nobody has the answer to.
If people are targeting us, perhaps the rumors that the Scourers are back hold more merit than we first believed. However, as it seems like it might be more. President Ashcraft has not been available for comment, instead sending out a memo about how the accidents were unfortunate and he apologizes to the families for their losses. It seems to be like the President doesn’t believe that there is a threat. Yet, it would not hurt to be prepared for the worst. The peace that we’ve had since 1998 has completely vanished, and now we must wait: paranoid, with breaths held, for what will happen next.
We interrupt your regular programming to give you this news update:
This is Sandra Livingston, standing outside of the MACUSA headquarters where moments ago the alley leading up to it was the setting for the first unsanctioned public duel in twenty years. Both men involved were killed in the process that seemed to go awry, causing an explosion between the two that killed two others. This brings the death toll up into the twenties of wizards who have died today, but of the different explosions that happened this seems to be the least deadly.
If anyone knows any of the motivations behind the duel, the Magical Law Enforcement Brigade is desperate for answers, considering the other three incidents that happened earlier today.
As to everyone else, please do your best to stay safe tonight. Hopefully there will be no more incidents, but in the meantime, it is better to be safe than sorry.
This is Sandra Livingston, reporting for the Wizarding News Network, and I wish you all a very safe goodnight.

This is Larissa Zager, live from outside what used to be the Capitol building in Owain, Aton. Mere minutes ago, a new piece of MagiTech went haywire, exploding in the room where it was being presented to the National Quidditch team. There has been no news as to if there have been any survivors…No, this just in: Half of the team and many of the staff have just stumbled out of the inferno – however it seems not all. Team members Anthony Harris and Anton Kuragin seem to still be missing.
This is the third accidental explosion that has occurred within the MACUSA today – the first happening when a potion experiment went wrong at Ilvermorny this morning, followed by an addict overdosing on phoenix ashes setting off the marketplace in Frey.
It seems like it isn’t a lucky day to be a wizard, and with fate seeming to frown on us today, I urge you to hug your families, stay inside, and wait out whatever else may happen today. Maybe it’ll be nothing, maybe we’ll still have more horrors to face.
I have just received word that there are currently 10 unaccounted, and we will update you once we have received more information. This has been Larissa Zager, reporting for the Wizarding News Network.
We interrupt your regular programming to give you this news update:
This is Lincoln Barrow, live from Frey where I am currently standing near the remains of what used to be their town marketplace. Startling, considering the explosion that happened to be at the school not five miles from here. Both explosions have been ruled accidents – though we have not received any comment on the cause of either incident.
At this time, we have found 20 injured and 5 deceased at the scene, though as the embers seem to fade and the volunteer rescue crews can safely get in, we are led to believe that these numbers will only grow.
We would like to remind anyone that if they have any information – whether it be for Ilvermorny or Frey, please send it to your local chapter of the Magical Law Enforcement Brigade. As we gain more information about both incidents we will keep you informed.

It seemed like a lazy Monday. The trees all showed the bright orange signs of the season, a cool breeze nipped around the campus. Students didn’t think they needed to worry about anything except homework, upcoming tests, and whether or not they’d be mentioned in the next Elsa blast. It was early in the morning; the second class of the day had just begun. Just in time for coffee to finally kick in, and students and teachers alike to admit that they were finally awake. It seemed like it was going to be a typical Monday morning.
However it all changed in an instant.
Nobody was sure where the blast came from. Some said the potions lab, others said the Study of Magical Creatures classroom. Yet one thing was perfectly clear: there was something terribly wrong.
Smoke poured into all classrooms, fire tore up the wooden walls faster than anyone had expected. Despite the fire drills that had been practiced, the campus quickly turned into chaos – students running every which way. Some panicked, others tried to get a hold of their parents, others ran back into the building to try and help those that were still unaccounted for. The staff panicked, doing their best to make sure that everyone was alright and those injured in the blast were given immediate medical attention.
It was clear that something was wrong, but it didn’t seem like anyone had the answers that anyone needed: students and staff alike.
Note: Characters may be injured with any of the following injuries: broken arm/leg, burns (up to second degree), smoke inhalation, and/or a concussion (if they were kicked on the head). If you are interested in your character getting injured, please message the main with the injury you are giving them. Remember with magic it will only take 1-2 days for the injury to heal, however the mental scars will last a lot longer.
Setting: Various places around campus, 10/01/16, late afternoon/ early evening
Triggers: Possible emotional abuse, just to be safe.
Note: Includes Samuel Elliot, who is incredibly awful, so just be prepared. Also cut for triggers and length (~1,100 words).
When their father had first shown up, Leia’s first thought had been, why didn’t he tell me? Because he hadn’t. She hadn’t gotten a single message -- and she’d checked her phone again and again, just in case he decided to come. But no messages had come through. He’d just up and surprised them out of the blue.
She didn’t think he’d want to come.
She’d been looking forward to spending the weekend ignoring her mother and Lucas.
But of course, seeing her father was lovely, and having him around was a nice confidence boost. If only because she’d get further proof about how she was still the superior twin, and Lucas couldn’t say a single thing about the events in the woods not too far back.
Plus it did make sense, she supposed. That’d he’d eventually show some interest in the school, given what he’d asked her to do.
“Might you give me a tour of the grounds?” He asked, a smile on his face. “I’d ask your brother, but...”
“Yes, of course, daddy.” She grinned and ran a hand through her hair. “Don’t ask Lucas, he’d just show you nothing useful. I know my way around better, anyhow.”
“I know.” Samuel rested a hand on her shoulder and gave it a small squeeze. “That’s why you’re my favorite.”
Leia couldn’t help but stand up a bit straighter at his compliment. It always felt nice, having him tell her everything that he appreciated. Through emails and text messages was satisfying, but hearing his voice in person sent a whole new set of thrills through her whole body.
She imagined this would be what it’d feel like, were she actually religious and actually attended services for more than the outfits she got to wear to them.
“So what would you like to see first, daddy?” Leia began walking outside of her cabin, glancing up at the sky. At least the weather had decided to behave.
“Well I have so much to discuss with you, so please, darling, start anywhere.” He grabbed her shoulder to stop her movement for one moment. “I know I can trust you.” He let go and gave her a small nudge forward. “By the way, I love the dress, it compliments you well.”
“Thank you.” Leia grinned. “Well you know that you picked it out, and not mother, so of course it’d be perfect.” She tugged at the hem as she began walking. “Well, you just saw my cabin. Every house has a number of different cabins, and I’ve been rooming with the same girls since I arrived. So for all that they drive me utterly insane most of the time, I have gotten to know them very well.”
“So I see you are doing just what I’ve asked, unlike your brother.”
“I’m not Lucas.” Leia practically hissed, before smiling again. “Sorry. I am not my brother, daddy. You know that. I don’t mess up.” The pair continued to move along -- Samuel walking right next to Leia as she pointed out different areas on campus. “That’s the library.” She motioned to the building. “While I do prefer to study in the comfort of my own cabin, I make an effort to study here at least three times per week. It allows me to observe at least some fraction of the goings-on around campus.” She ran a hand through her hair and smiled up at Samuel.
“Good job, Leia. It’s important to have...”
“Balance, I know.” Leia nodded. “I can’t spend too much time in the library, because that would be awful and just mingling with the other students far too much, but I can’t just be a shut-in because then I’ll never be loved and I’ll never be able to know anything.”
“Exactly.” Samuel smirked. “You understand perfectly well. Glad to see this school hasn’t ruined you like it seems to have ruined your brother. Or done further damage, he’d never match up to you even if he tried, even without this school.”
Leia gave a quick nod of agreement, before moving their tour along to some of the classrooms. “That’s where we’ll often practice for Dueling Club.” She nodded towards a closed door. “I’m President, as you know, and I do do an extraordinary job of leading, if I do say so myself.” Samuel murmured an agreement as he placed the palm of his hand on Leia’s back and guided her out of the building, before giving a small tug on the back of her dress to bring her to a halt. “Yes?” Leia turned around and looked up at her father with wide eyes. “Am I going too fast?”
“No, no. Nothing like that.” Samuel waved a hand dismissively. “But I think most everyone else is otherwise occupied and I have an important matter I need to discuss with you.” He smiled. “One I know I can entrust you with.”
Leia’s eyes lit up at his words and she practically rose up on her toes -- boots digging themselves into the dirt as she stared up at her father. “Yes daddy? What do you need?” She smiled and ran a hand through her hair.
“For you to figure out how to block truth serum.” Samuel replied. “We can’t have you slipping up and letting anyone know anything, now can we?” He placed a hand on Leia’s shoulder again, looking down at her and straight into her eyes.
“I’m sorry daddy, could you repeat that? I just want to be sure I understood.” Leia replied.
“Don’t tell me Lucas’ false stupidity might be contagious.”
“Never, daddy, I just don’t want to fail you.”
“You need to figure out how to block any truth serum or truth spell that might be placed on you. My plans for everything are moving along, and I don’t want my darling daughter slipping up on something and revealing anything.” Samuel repeated, his eyes almost narrowing.
“That makes perfect sense.” Leia replied with a nod. “We’ll not fail, of course. I’d never fail you, daddy. That’s why I’m so much better than mother and Lucas.”
“Precisely,” Samuel continued, “plus, if you mess this up, it will only continue to prove just how horrible the magic world is, and I can’t lose you to it. I need you around, my darling daughter.”
“I know you do.” Leia giggled. “I’ll do everything you want, no matter what the challenge is, I’m up for it.”
“Good, good.” Samuel nodded. “That’s all I have to say -- care to finish showing me around?” He gave her shoulder a small squeeze. “Oh, and when you come home for break, remind me to introduce you to one of my friends. He’s been dying to meet you.”
“I can’t wait.” Leia said, with another smile. “Now, if you’ll follow me? I’ve got so much more to show you.”
