Taking the time to get used to her surroundings was something she hadn't done yet.
In a city much different than the one she'd grew up in, it was sort of interesting trying to get used to the different surroundings and places, though some were the same. Cities tended to all be the same in some sort of way, after all. This one was different though, it was peaceful and much less stressful than her home.
Stepping out onto the sidewalk, Seven had said goodbye to her friends and was ready to get going with her day. She wasn't sure where it was going to take her, but she was pretty open to anything as far as seeing sights went. For the people she would maybe meet, that would be a different story depending on who they were. But only time would be able to tell.
Forward seemed the best place to go, looking both ways before crossing the street in front of her. It wasn't too busy out at the moment and it was nice to be able to walk around without a crowd always getting in the way. That was also something that was sort of different from her old home; there were people moving around without fear. It was really nice to see considering she didn't have to be so on edge all the time, but some things would never change.
Placing her hands in the pockets of her sweater, the silver haired girl continued to make her way. Whatever the day had to offer, she was ready for, though cautious as always. Changes in scenery meant changes within herself, and today the thought of it wasn't so bad. Letting go was something she needed to work on, and that itself would take a while, so maybe this wandering around the city would do some good.
Maybe change isn't so bad a thing after all...
