I've given some thought to the origin of the Snape/James rivalry and the thing that makes the most sense to me, is the idea that maybe it all started as a Snape/Sirius fight. Snape was pretty pro-slytherin and I can see Sirius taking offense to that on day one. If they started fighting and Snape played dirty (which is in character) I bet James would step in and probably show Snape up, thus starting the rivalry.

I think that Snape and Sirius were always more antagonistic towards each other, you’re definitely right! And James would have always defended Sirius, and then of course Snape noticed James’s feelings for Lily and that made his temper flare up even more and so the rivalry snowballed into a dramatic mess.

I know I'm probably preaching to the choir here, but I think Percy would definitely be in Hufflepuff and I think that has to do with the people around him, namely his mum. Cause Sally is totally a 'Puff with the way she accepts and adopts pretty much all the kids Percy brings home and 12 year old Percy would definitely want to be in the same house as him mum. Plus I think he might associate the negative Slytherin traits, like manipulation, with Gabe. Just a thought.

Very good point! he idolizes his mom so it definitely makes sense that he would want to emulate her. That makes my heart happy, thanks for sharing! x

yes I was freaking out so much gettting a needle in year seven that the science teacher who was running it actually offered to change my grade if I calmed down

Wow that’s pretty nice of them.  Although if you’re anything like me no amount of bribery really helps.  My mum wants me to get a flu vaccine and she’s offered to take me to a really expensive restaurant that I love if I got it but like I wish it was that easy?  I wish I could just go ‘oh well it’s quick and then I get lots of great food yay’ but aha anxiety has other ideas.  And no one in my family gets it?  Like I realise no one really likes needles but they don’t get it.

You should look at refurbished ones because you can get some really good deals. My brother got me a $1200 computer through his work for only $500. Then you can get a smartphone too!

I’m not sure how I’d get that through the shop I have to buy from. :0 my tablet went for repairs and it took too long, so I made a complaint and they’re letting me choose something else for the money I paid for it. Then I have a loyalty card thing that lets me buy up to 600€ fractioned, so that’s why I probably have to buy a brand new one. I don’t mind, I’ve mostly had used laptops over the years. XD Might try to weasel a good phone out of my dad, since my birthday is coming up in less than 2 weeks.

Anyway, my office computer was built by my brother and I paid him like 150€ , but the value of the computer itself is around 450€. xD just not as easy to do with a laptop. I’d rather get me a new one and have the warranty anyway, I guess.

It's a thing from dusk, it's like a thing that you put scented oils and water in and it emits a fragrant smoke. It's $120 though.
