psych ward update: i am back

wasnt super exciting and wasnt great but i did get put on new meds that will hopefully make me actually have the energy to stay alive and whatnot. im feeling a lot better! ill do my best to get the blog up and running again within the next few days as i schedule psychiatry appointments :-)

this blog is welcoming and accepting of all intersex identities and i try to be a positive voice for all intersex people, as well as support for people who may be questioning if they are intersex. if youre questioning if youre intersex, or just a perisex person wanting to learn more info, youre all welcome to still send in asks. PMOS, hypospadias/epispadias, gynecomastia, tubular breasts and clitoromegaly are all intersex variations provided you naturally develop them and this is not up for debate. no variation is "too small" to count. please keep in mind i am not a doctor and therefore unable to diagnose you or tell you what you have going on

At the present one person runs this blog. You can call me Revenant. for my safety my main is not listed but like i said earlier other accounts i run are @coward2coward which is also intersex focused, and @intersexocs. i use it/its exclusively. i am an adult. i am intersex and cis as my main gender descriptors, but transfem and intermasc are terms i use to talk about my experience with external gender, as well as my experiences growing up. i have multiple different variations but the only ones i am comfortable with sharing is urethral triplication and ambiguous genitalia

this blog does not tolerate and will be blocking the following: intersexists, radqueers/"transintersex", transphobes, terfs/trfs/radfems, zionists, antisemites/nazis, racists, ableists, and others not mentioned here, as well as people i just dont like. i dont have a dni really but if you fit into an above category expect a block.

my confession is that whenever one of you mention not being able to find your urethra i think of the vsauce clip where he goes "heyy vsauce, michael here. where are your Fingers" and then mentally go "heyyy revenant. anon here. where is my urethra" in the same cadence every single time

i noticed this too but i think they updated it after loads of people pointed out that it was missing the trans flag (and intersex flag too obviously but as mentioned in the post far fewer people pointed that one out), before it was just the rainbow + the brown and black stripes, but now on my phone its split into two parts starting with just the rainbow and then changing to have the black and brown stripes + trans flag and intersex flag colours. doesn't change the fact they were excluded in the first place but at least they seem to have taken on the criticism this once

small win i suppose (i havent been able to see them for myself yet lol) but it does kind of feel ummm like an empty apology cause i keep seeing them ban waves of trans women even after the change. staff still sucks but at least they were upfront about it for a bit as morbid as that sounds to say
