◜✮ SHADOW ⁽ ᵃᵗᵗᵉᵐᵖᵗᶦᶰᵍʳᵉˢᵒᶫᵛᵉ ⁾
Sonic had always loved the warm weather.
Like a moth drawn to a flame, he’d always found himself gravitating towards places of tropical climate. It felt like home to him, and was always much more manageable than colder weather thanks to his short fur. Visits to Holoska were always a bit rough for this exact reason, and left him desiring sandy beaches and palm trees.
And while Mazuri may have lacked said sandy beaches and palm trees, it certainly was a close second. Any reason to go and visit was one green lit in his books--- it just so happened that Shadow’s request was one he could fill all the boxes for, which made it all the more exciting to him.
Now if only the arrival hadn’t been so bumpy. Chaos Control didn’t always agree with him in the way he wished it would.
Slouched over with both hands on his knees, Sonic unceremoniously groaned as he regained his bearings. Shadow seemed plenty occupied with the communicator on his wrist, so Sonic took advantage of the few moments of rest. He ears flopped forwards as he shook his head, removing the dizziness from his thoughts.
“I swear, every time y’ do that I get more and more sick. It’s like doin’ twenty solid barrel rolls in the Tornado.” He grumbled. “Ain’t a day that goes by where I didn’t wish the Gaia Gate was still accessible. I get the keys can’t just be out ‘n’ about, but it’d make this whole thing so much simpler.” There was also the issue of the temples still being rebuilt, but he was mostly just talking figuratively.
“--- This is y’er first time properly visiting here though, ain’t it? We should go say hi to Kwami before we go backpackin’ for this thing y’er lookin’ for. He’d be happy t’ meet ya.”
