Every day I try to live my best life and have an adventure of some sort; yesterday down Cardiff Bay with @bluebirdccfc94 and our awesome carers was certainly an excellent adventure! But if course, every adventure comes with risk... but for me, every single aspect of my life has a much higher than average risk of death. Therefore, whilst riding on the carousel 🎠 may not seem like much of a risky endeavour for most, it was for me (a seizure or spasm on a carousel? Not Good!). If my mum had known, she’d have been tearing her hair out 😂 but also feeling very proud, I imagine, too. So many people ask her and dad how they can cope with me going out into the world knowing the risks my health poses; my mum points our that they’ve spent 24 years raising me to do just that! To be strong and independent and brave, and to have a happy, fulfilling life that’s brimming with adventures!
