I don’t know about you, but segmented sleep is definitely a thing for me; no matter how tired, I can only also 4-5 hours at a time. I’ve found embracing that helps, even if it means nights I need to catch up, I sleep from 9-2, do stuff from 2-4 or 5, and then sleep til 7 or 8. (On nights I don’t have time for that, I just function on 4-5 hours:-p)
Oh I don’t actually know if that’s my problem; I’m actually very good at oversleeping from and around 9-12am and up. Sleeping at daytime always seems easier to me then at night. Which is... weird.
But I’ll look into it in the future, see if that helps. :o
