I’ve posted 151 works on AO3! Quite proud of myself and each fic I’ve written. I’ve got 3 more fills for the @sambuckylibrary SamBucky Summer Bingo, and the rest of my Attoye Arranged Marriage AU to share. I’m hoping to hit close to 200 works by the end of this year. It’s definitely keeping me sane right now to be writing. Thanks to everyone for the love 💕
Nomora knew something was going on. She couldn’t believe it took her this long to figure it out!
what her idiot cousin was doing would be considered treason. Their god would have grounds to execute him, and that sent shivers down her spine. Had he no loyalty to their god? She thought.
Nomora frowned as she waited for her cousin to arrive.
Attuma was tired of the training he performed and wanted to see his sun. Attuma couldn’t wait for Okoye to run her fingers in his hair as he slipped into slumber. He could already imagine it
“A surface dweller,” Nomora hissed out as her index finger pointed sharply at Attuma’s chest. Attuma looked confused until he understood what his cousin was accusing him of.
“How did you know?” Attuma asked. Attuma was many things but he wasn’t a lair. Which causes Namora to be enraged. How dare he not have shame?
“That’s all you have to say?” Nomora snapped at him. “Do you have any idea what danger you were about to us in?”
“Okoye would not have told. She can keep a secret,” Attuma said trying to comfort his cousin’s worries. Nomora couldn’t help but look at Attuma.
“Okoye,” she whispered testing the name under her lips. Attuma has gotten too close, Nomora thoughts, “That’s surface dweller’s name.” As she gave a face of disgust, her cousin should’ve picked a better-named surface dweller name.
“She’s not just a surface dweller,” Attuma snapped at his cousin. His eyes plead at her in the hope she would understand what him, “She’s more than that.”
Nomora gave a scoff she was doing everything in her power to make sure her dear cousin would not be executed for his stupid action of exposing them to the surface world. If Nomora didn’t know any better she would say he grew a fondness for this Okoye, “Well you won’t be seeing Okoye anymore.”
Attuma was blinded by rage, he knew Nomora was dangerous. She might be small but she made up for that by her quickness and her ability to subdue her opponent quickly. He use his body as he slammed his cousin on one of the rough coral rocks,” What did you do Nomora?”
Nomora always knew her cousin was stronger than her. That was given based on his size, but she never thought he would use his strength against her. Nomora was still shocked at what her cousin did to her.
“Answer me,” Attuma growled out. Norma’s eyes flicked over to look at him, “Something that would ensure she won’t come visiting the waters again.”
