The only ocxcanon I have and is these two.
It went from "haha what if that trainer from The Ideal Formula got out of Team Break and actually started to talk to N" to "I cannot separate these two anymore."

Penny is like, the most pathetic guy. Lets out a dreamy sigh at the first green haired tall guy he sees and a friend who has seen him do that again and again asks him "again" and he goes "NO??? WHAT MAKES YOU THINK SO?!" While still having the love eyes towards said tall green haired man
I need to know how Penny and N reconcile/make-up after the whole “Whoops kidnapped your friends for my cause!!” thing in the event right now I love them already
ITS A WORK ON PROGRESS. But technically they meet again after Penny had left Team Break and he doesn't has the mask on anymore. Does N know who he is? Does he not? I haven't settled on that yet (though because of some rp with a friend I might make it so he might not know at the begining but starts to figure out).
With Penny I think he would start more like this kind of admiration you feel towards someone like...a celebrity? But as they interact more and more Penny's view of "I'm inferior to them" would change to "We are equal and I genuinelly like his company".
I think N would easily forgive Penny if Penny ever decided to apologize. Like... have you seen how the guy is more willing to see Ghetsis change and rather than just blame him he also asks himself what in the world happened to the old man to end up like that? My guy has a lot of represed emotions but also seems to have an almost endless patience. And, by the time Penny apologizes I think it would be way later after N has figured out about him being that one Team Break grunt and they have spend enough time to know that this idiot is actually genuinelly nice.
