Dirt bike and ATV hooligans have been taking over the streets in cities nationwide and it is causing chaos. The unruly dirt bike riders and ATV riders are riding in oncoming traffic, through red lights, through stop signs, on people’s lawns, over cars and all over the place causing havoc and police have their hands tied because there are so many hooligans taking over the streets.
