extremely difficult to write a kink negotiation scene with a bunch of characters that don't have 'kink vocabulary'. you end up with stuff like this

I'm currently trying out a really tricky thing where I'm writing from Cam's POV but kind of including Inner Cam as a separate 'voice', only Cam's convinced that Inner Cam is dead so he's kind of ignoring it. Measuring how much of this to include is so freaking hard. Unreliable narrator things.
hey question. if it's the end of the world and everyone you know is basically dead but you happen to reunite with your best friend months after he betrayed and abandoned you. do you just get over or put up with the fact that he betrayed and abandoned you? or do you tell him to leave and make him walk away, and watch him fade into the distance for the last time, knowing the odds of ever seeing each other again were already minuscule and are now basically zero? like, are the circumstances of his betrayal enough to forgive him? do you let him stay even if you can't forgive him? asking for a friend
