Tuesdays Workout: shoulders
Shoulders are my favorite muscle! I was very excite to wake up an hit the gym this morning because I did it without the help of a pre-workout drink. I may end up being tired this afternoon. I also need my allergy shots too. Let's just see I this new diet an eating small meals gives me the energy I need to survive the day without a nap!! Mondays Workout: biceps
I had a good workout but towards the end while doing my concentrated curls I developed another left abdominal cramp. I was not able to finish the workout. This doesn't happen frequently but I find it odd how I am over activating my abs muscle with out realizing it. I hope this is just an effect f dehydration or the cold weather vs any anatomy defects.
