Soooooo I envy the days where i could just delay my workout to a later time of day. No big deal. But having a toddler now makes that nearly impossible! So just as I drank my pre workout the delivery guy honked his horn and woke up my napping daughter. I was determined to finish my workout so I did something I usually don't do, turned on Elmo to get allow me time to it! It was fun because I had my personal cheer leader and motivator right there with me. #motivation #fitDad #atxDad
