After the Daddy incident, Namor has to do a lot of favors for the family to get back into their good graces. Like help Ramonda redecorate the various guest rooms and their greenhouse.
(Erik usually just assigns him stupid tasks or chores he doesn't want to do. T'Challa normally would make Erik stop, but he's still angry and traumatized. So he let's it slide.)
Leading to Namor giving young Toussaint swimming lessons on his Winter vacation in the indoor heated pool at the family estate. Even teaching him the double breathe technique. Divers essentially reuse the same air to let them Stay underwater longer.

It becomes quite clear how/why Namor earned the nickname Daddy (both in terms of hotness but also how gentle and supportive he is with children)
