He stepped closer and knelt in front of the other. “You seem to misunderstand my intentions,” he said as he reached out and grabbed the other’s jaw roughly. “Usually, I would allow you to go berserk, more souls for me to collect if you were to kill a whole town. However, there are other hunters nearby, and I would not want my favorite murder machine to get injured, and, well, I would rather not have you harm me. Regeneration takes so much energy and time.”

He leaned a bit closer. “So be a good boy and try to stay here.” Then he let go of him and stepped back. “However. You could make a deal with me, and this beast within you that you are trying to control might be a lot easier to deal with.”

In the middle of the night while humans slept was really the perfect moment to start messing with them. The place was completely dark, and he made no sound as he moved around until he found the bedroom. He paused for a moment, his eyes glowing in the dark as he stared at the sleeping figure.

With a grin on his face he decided to start this by pulling the sleeping person out of their bed, without touching them of course. What a nice way to wake up~

“You should not be here, human,” the demon growled and turned to look over at the unfortunate man who had stumbled upon this scene. Several dead bodies were on the floor, but none of them looked to have been physically hurt. It honestly looked more like something had scared them to death.

He knew the other had been searching for him, but he couldn’t tell why. “Do you not have anything better to do with your time, you are going to look like a stalker if this continues,” he added and reached out to grab his hat.

There were many ways to summon a demon, though a lot of the ‘spells’ that were being shared were wrong, or almost right. The spells would change as they were told from one person to the other, like a story.

But this one person had gotten the spell right, and managed to summon one.

“Greetings, human,” he smirked as he stepped out of the circle created for him to appear in. “What can I do for you?”
