James frowned as he watched Jinty chatter with the other tank engines, eyes narrowed as he laughed. He wasn't bad-looking, no, for a tank engine, he was quite the looker. Big eyes gleamed a beautiful copper, framed by dark, lush lashes.

Those copper eyes met his and the corners of Jinty's full lips quirked upwards in a grin, and he gave James a wink, causing the red engine to blush fiercely.

Jinty (3-31-23)

Thomas was shunting trucks, listening to the chatter of the trucks and coaches, when he heard a familiar voice.

"Hello, Annie, and Clarabel~" He watched as Jinty, painted in a smart plum livery, steamed up to Thomas' coaches, a charming smile on his face.

He gently buffered up to Annie,and reversed, winking at Thomas as he passed the blue engine.

Thomas watched Jinty out of the corner of his eye, mouth set in a frown.

Jinty was banned from shunting and pulling the express coaches, but didn't him from throwing a wink or two their way, causing them to swoon and talk when he arrived in the yard.

He loved attention, more so than James, whom he loved to tease and fluster, making the red tender engine's face redder than his paintwork.
