[as she sleeps happily in her bed, figured draped around her husband’s, she stirs with a frown when she feels very familiar (and cold) little feet clambering up to join them, and she whines sleepily, not actually opening her eyes, instead opting to nestle her face in his shoulder, grumbling against his skin but you can hear she’s only sleepy and not actually grumpy--how could she be at her lil blonde baby] Elliot, your son is awake. It’s 6:30 on a Saturday. Get him before I do.
