rits ritsu ritsu learning abt our high school what who sai dthat omgggg
Anything for you, sunshine<3
“So, you want to know about me and Auburn’s highschool?” Rubia prompted, holding Ritsu’s gaze without effort.
He swallowed his nerves, and clerified “Yes. Specifically about the dorm you were in. As well as general information of the schoolbody, if possible.”
“I was in a dorm known for being cunning-” Rubia said without wasting a breath, “You had to be crafty, you had to be not only willing to play the rules; you had to be good at it. Informants, loan-sharks, people who keep receipts, sly, opportunistic, clever. If we did something, it wasn’t for nothing. The dorm was shady in the way it could only be by hosting people were good at it. People who want their end of a bargain.”
Ritsu looked at her with wide eyes, the description not matching his idea of the water nymph nor Auburn, “But-” He began to speak, stopping instantly when Rubia put her pointer finger up to her lips. ‘silent.’
“Obviously that description couldn’t properly describe everyone to their fullest extent. Methods and cunning were the heart of the dorm, and our willingness to do things our own way was what shaped it further. It does not mean we were all rotten people.” Rubia hummed, “I offered Auburn a room next to mine since the poor excuse of a dorm the headmaster tried to appoint her to was practically in ruins. An abandoned dorm with only ghosts lingering in its halls.”
At Ritsu’s appalled expression, Rubia nodded slowly. She expected his disgust of such neglect coming from the Headmaster, of all people.
“She accepted, so I made it happen. I’ll spare you the details.” Rubia voices before he thinks to vocalise his thoughts. He nods instead, not wanting to overstep.
He’s sure she had correct reasoning to not put it on record. Any of this, really.
“Ah. And the school was only for ‘supernaturals’ and non-humans, there were no ‘general students’. Auburn was the only one.” Rubia clarified, seeming done with talking about the dorm. For now. “You’ve heard of some of the people we dealt with, but there are plenty more of them, and even in our daily life there were constantly such things going on even on unnotable scales.”
He agreed not to record anything said within this conversation as he respected her opinion. After all, Auburn certainly did; so, despite how going against this habit felt mildly wrong, he had reason to believe it was correct.
Especially with what he has already learned so far.
