Happy Valentine’s Day! I love sapphics, and I EQUALLY love Aubwia.
I know they both look weird, but this is my first time drawing them, I wanted to draw Aubrey (left for my non DVC buddies) in a different outfit, and this is prolly ActAU stuff, based on the fact they’re dolls, ok?
hello Disventure Camp fandom. I finished an ActAU Aubwia fic at school today. Things are subject to change if I get feedback, but I hope you enjoy!
Oliwia’s First Date
//warnings: could be ooc, but hopefully nothing major//
“Ren, how do you flirt?”
Ren, who was probably on his iPad by how Oliwia heard tapping from above her, suddenly hung down from his bunk to face her, causing her to yelp a bit.
“You LIKE someone?!” he grinned. “Who? Who is it?!”
Oli’s face turned bright red as she suddenly felt a tad feverish, causing her to shrink back as far as she could on her twin-sized bunk.
“Wait wait wait, don’t tell me.” he said, causing Oliwia to sigh in relief. “It’s Aubrey, isn’t it?”
Oli’s heart went straight into overdrive—O KURWA, SKĄD ON TO WIE?!—she thought as his mismatched eyes stared straight into her terrified green eyes.
“C’mon, I see the way you two interact, even off camera!” Ren told the furiously blushing ginger. “You two hang out, show each other stuff, sit with each other at mealtime, and you even sleep together!”
“Ren, that only happened on Friday night!” Oliwia exclaimed. “And how are you still holding on?”
“Good questio–AAH!!”
Ren promptly lost hold and fell off the bed and onto his arms that he covered his head with, hitting the trailer’s floor. “Ow.”
He immediately got back up, holding his bruised hands while he continued to talk.
“C’mon, we all have a free day.” he told her, his arms resting on the side of her bunk like he was a weird dog. “We should get ready!!”

“I really don’t think this is necessary.“ Oliwia told Ren as he sprayed her with air freshener while she was still damp from taking a shower. Then she accidentally inhaled some of the air freshener and burst into a coughing fit.
“Ren, what the hell are you doing?” Nura was in the middle of eating her scrambled eggs when she looked at the scene of her buddy spraying Febreze in Oliwia’s face while she was still in sleepwear.
“What does it look like?” Ren asked. “I’m just preparing her for a date with Aubrey!”
Oli’s face flushed bright red as she backed away slowly. “Y-you see, I was just…” she started before groaning, saying, “Never mind. I asked Ren how to flirt and he wants me to date Aubrey.”
Nura took a gulp of her breakfast and spoke again. “Fair enough, but spraying Oli with Febreze is overkill.” she told him. “She looks like she just got out of the shower. Just let her dry off, for God’s sake.”
With that, Ren put the Febreze into his shoe, which seemed to disappear when he put it in, much to the girls’ confusion. “I’ll talk to Aubrey and see if she’s free.”
“Ok.” Oliwia stammered.

When the sun was high enough in the sky, Aubrey and Oliwia laid together in the trailer by a window, trying to soak in the warm light like they were cats. April was surprisingly warm where the studio was located (which was in a separate, larger, but close island to Soluna), and the girls didn’t feel like having the sun blind them.
“So, Oliwia…” Aubrey broke the silence, placing a hand on Oli’s dangling hand from the couch she was laying on. “Ren told me you wanted to go out for coffee, but I don’t need it right now.”
Oliwia only turned slightly red at the statement and covered her face with her free arm. “I’m… sorry.” she said, slightly embarrassed by what her “close buddy” had told her.
“So, I’m trying to ask if you wanted to go out for ice cream instead!” Aubrey stood up from the floor to stand over the couch, causing Oliwia to uncover her face and look at her. At this point, Oli was furiously blushing.
“I… uh… would love to!” she stammered out. “I… guess it’s too late to back down, now.”
Oli was now sitting up, averting her gaze to the Gemini, who just calmly sat down next to her, making sure to give her space. “Well, you don’t hafta if you don’t wanna.” Aubrey told her. With that, Oliwia suddenly stood up with energy as hot as her face.
“That’s not a bad idea!” Oli chuckled nervously. “I… haven’t been out since Wednesday.”
Aubrey stared at her with a confused expression. “Hey… if you’re feeling overwhelmed by this, just tell me!” she told her. “Just let me get ready first.”

The date itself was surprisingly more chill than what Oli had expected. Car traffic wasn’t too bad, nobody had crashed out at Oliwia while she was driving, and the girls barely spoke until they were at the place. Thankfully, it wasn’t as packed as they’d expected despite it being like 20℃ out there, with some chatter here and there.
“How come the locals here don’t burn in this weather?” Aubrey asked after taking a lick of her cone. Unsurprisingly, she had chosen cotton candy. “Oh wait, you… grew up in Poland, right?”
Oliwia took a bite of her plain vanilla scoop, cone and all, and nodded. “Yeah,” she told Aubrey after swallowing. “It gets really cold there.”
Aubrey snorted. “That’s easy for you to say. I’ve seen temperatures drop to -9 degrees there.”
“Me too!” Oliwia said. “When I was in school, we had a non-attendance day at the last minute because there was ice on the asphalt.”
“Well, school got cancelled one day because it was so cold, the power went out!” Aubrey told her, trying to hold back laughter while she took another lick.
“When was that?” Oliwia asked, taking another unnatural bite of her cone.
“Grade nine, after me and mi mejor amiga Maribel absolutely KILLED IT in a choir concert.” Aubrey said. “December 13th, 2019, my school year where disaster struck and we all went home!”
Both girls began to giggle a bit, before it got louder, then Oli calmed down first.
“I remember being in post-secondary school when that happened.” she told her. “It saved me having to make a fool of myself in class, but it was still a little lonely.”
“Ooh, what was your degree??” Aubrey asked. Before you ask, yes, Aubrey knows what post-secondary school is since she’s heard people like Gabby or Alec bring it up.
“I… didn’t get one.” Oli replied. “Nobody got one. We had fields in certain areas. I chose interior design… which came to use like twelve times last year.”
Aubrey just looked at her while trying to look at the half-finished ice cream she was eating, before just deciding to bite the rest of it off, then swallowing.
“Anyways,” Oli continued, faking a cough. “What are you planning on doing with your degree?”
“I plan on becoming a children’s psychologist.” Aubrey said. “I know I’ll probably be so old I’d probably be married by then, but I’d helped several kids when I took on babysitting, and I’d like to do more.”
It was very obvious to Oli that Aubrey had a strong “protect child” instinct, but she never expected this level of it.
“Unsurprisingly enough, Maribel is in school to become a math teacher.” Aubrey continued. “But hey, she helped me pass high school, and she’ll do some good in the world by doing that to other kids. Anyways, what do you like to do, besides taxidermy, reality shows, and Quinn Franklin?”
“Oh, uhh…”
Oli anxiously darted her eyes around out of habit, then spoke. “I play video games sometimes.” she chuckled nervously, resting her bare elbows on the glossy wooden table. She’d chosen to wear a short-sleeve graphic T-shirt because of the weather, but she still felt like she was boiling.
“Cool! What kind?” Aubrey asked, before she began eating the cone.
“I like games like Unpacking and The Sapling.” Oli started. “Nothing too high-stakes, but not too boring. The Sapling does make me mad sometimes.”
“How so?” Aubrey asked, now beginning to eat her cone.
“Oh, where do I even begin?” Oli started. “First, it’s near-impossible to get actual land animals to stay alive while they’re surrounded by food! They just immediately die because they ‘couldn’t find enough energy to reproduce’ when there are plants right in front of them! And they can’t even walk on steep inclines without glitching…wait, are you actually listening to me?”
She then noticed that Aubrey was looking at her with genuine interest. Forget the half-eaten cone, Oliwia ranting about a video game she was barely familiar with was far more interesting to her.
“Of course.” Aubrey said as Oli took another unnatural bite of her cone, just leaving just half the cone left. “I admire you, Oliwia, and that game sounded pretty interesting based on what little I’ve heard of it.”
Oliwia felt her face heat up again, except it was the good kind, rather than total embarrassment.
“Y-yeah?” she stammered. “I-I mean, yeah, the creator of the game is really great. He’s been working on it by himself, and you should really check out his YouTube channel, it’s just called The Sapling. So, what are the weirdest stories you have?”
“I once found a dead body in the backyard of a house I was at for babysitting.” Aubrey said nonchalantly, like she was talking about the weather.
“WHAT?!”
Oliwia turned around to see that everyone else, and not just her, had yelled that, causing her to just nibble on her cone, trying to act like nothing happened.
“Sorry, I was just joking.” Aubrey laughed nervously before everyone else went back to whatever they were doing. “In all seriousness, the craziest story I had was when I fought the father of two kids I was babysitting because he tried to kidnap them despite the restraining order.”
“I remember you told us that when Fiore was asleep.” Oliwia replied, trying to ignore the table behind Aubrey staring at the Gemini in horror. “Anyways, what are your guilty pleasures?”
Oli was clearly trying to change the topic to stop the uncomfortable stares, but Aubrey didn’t mind.
“I really like fake Reddit stories, or online quizzes.” she said. “I’d watch them or take them during or after classes. One of those stories reminded me of Cosbyga–”
“Maybe let’s not talk about that in a public area?” Oliwia interjected.
“Fair enough.” Aubrey said. “By the way, are you ready to head out? My back is starting to kill me.”
“Ok, but have we…wait you already paid, never mind.” Oliwia started before stopping herself. “Let’s head out.”
* * *
Once the girls headed out, Oliwia swiftly finished the rest of her cone as they headed to the parking lot.
“Wait, wait, you got something on your face.” Aubrey told her before unexpectedly kissing Oli on the cheek before she had the chance to brush whatever it was off her face.
That alone caused the Virgo to stop in her tracks, heart racing and at a loss for words.
–O MÓJ BOŻE!!!–That was one of Oli’s many thoughts after the kiss, only looking at Aubrey like she had slapped her, while Aubrey herself looked at her in a mix of concern and embarrassment.
“Y-you know what, is it okay for me to drive us back?” Aubrey asked, placing a hand on her shoulder. Oli just responded by nodding, a small smile showing up on her lips.

“So, I take it the date went well?”
“AAAAAAAAAAAAAAHH!!!”
Ren had swung down from the ceiling of the studio somehow and right in front of the girls, who then spontaneously held onto each other while the three were screaming like little girls.
“Ren!” Aubrey half-shouted. “You scared us!”
Oli realised that the kiss mark smeared on Aubrey’s face, so she tried to wipe it off, only to smear the lipstick all over her cheek.
“Maybe next time, Aubrey, wear lipstick that doesn’t smear so much, or none at all, in case you wanna kiss her again.” Ren told them, hopping down to face them rightside up again. “And also, you should kiss–”
“I heard screaming, is everything…”
Nura paused, then looked at Ren, then the girls, with Oli having more lipstick stains than Aubrey.
“Ren, did you seriously jumpscare them after a date?” she asked. “I know this was your idea, but did the date go well for them?”
Oliwia put her thumb up while Aubrey decided to do it verbally.
“It went great!” she told them. “Traffic wasn’t too bad and…”
The four of them then actually entered the studio as Aubrey went on and on about the date, with Oli’s occasional commentary here and there.
Anyways, I've been to subway before, but I hardly remember what I'd get aside from those cookies and a bag of the blue Doritos (cool ranch is the best Dorito)
Been thinking bout the Aubwia Uterine Parasite (technically Aubrenwia but who cares)
Basically, her name is Astrid, and she is biologically Oli’s, Ren’s and Aubrey’s. She was born sometime before or after the Aubwia wedding. Can’t really decide if Aubrey or Oli is the one to carry her to term. For obvious reasons, Ren can’t.
Her full name is Astrid Summers-Morawska, because that’s what happens when your moms don’t change their surnames.
aubwia uterine parasite you say 👀
I love Astrid already (also random fact, this isn't the first time we've had ocs that share names lol). I know nothing about her. But I love her
Basically, she’s jetlagged after returning to Hawai’i, and she doomscrolled to the wrong side of Twooter.
Basically, people were talking trash about her, supporting Finn, and to hell with that person who joked about throwing a brick at her.
After that third thing, she just threw her phone against a wall and cried.
Bri hears this, gets concerned, and just stays with her until she calms down. In Oli’s state, she couldn’t even speak, so Aubrey just asked her yes no questions.
Mind you, this was the first night Oli could sleep for at least 10hrs without the usage of Ambien and/or sleep gummies in around eight years.
Write that. Write that and then let Oli get a bunch of forehead kisses like the precious lil' puppy dog she is.
It was way too obvious that Aubwia was a thing behind the scenes.
Not only are Aubrey and Oliwia the most affectionate with one another, there have been some behind the scenes footage of Oliwia covered in Aubrey’s kiss marks (ie, that scene), as well as them dancing and holding hands together.
The pair just didn’t know that they knew, and after Aubwia was exposed, everyone was just like, “No shit” and Aubrey’s sisters just laughed.
nearly as obvious as Zaivy was behind the scenes lol
