How does the time your muse lives in influence their lifestyle? Are they happy they’re born in their time, or do they fantasise about a different era?
honestly, i think it all depends on the time in which we’re speaking of. on the ark, before things went south with her father and such, she was happy. of course she’d always imagined what it would be like to be on earth where they belonged, but she was content with the life she had on the ark. she had a loving father, a loving mother and a best friend that she would have done anything for just as he would have done the same. fast forward to season one where they’re on the ground, and her mind is a jumbled mess. she misses her mother, doesn’t want to see or look at wells because it reminds her of what she thought he did to her father, but the ground offers her a sort of comfort at first. y’know, until jasper is speared and it all goes to hell. fast forward to season two and things are still hell. she doesn’t ever think about how lucky she is to be on the ground, but she knows that it’s better than dying on the ark because of the lack of oxygen her father had predicted. she doesn’t wish she was in another time, because her mind is always focused on saving those she cares about and loves and thinking about anything else would throw off the balance. in season three, i would say she does think about being in a different ear – maybe in the past before everything went to hell, or in the future. she wants to live in a world where peace always comes before blood and war and she hopes to achieve just that. so to sum it all up on what’s happening right now, she’s not happy with the world she lives in, or the influence the ground has had on her lifestyle. she was once consumed by innocence, and now she considers herself a monster that doesn’t have enough room on her back to bear the marks of all those she has murdered. it’s a tough pill to swallow, but she’s adjusted and will continue to adjust if it means the survival of not only herself, but of her people too.

When faced with a tricky situation will your muse be proactive or passive? Will they, for instance, try to get involved when they’re not or will they try to get away when they are?
oh dear. meet miss clarke ‘i probably shouldn’t stick my nose in this but i can’t stand by and watch another person suffer/die so i’m going to do it even though i’ve been told not to and there’s a big chance i could get hurt or die’ griffin. she’s definitely proactive on almost everything, especially if it involves her people. for example, when the acid fog injured adam far past recovery and bellamy couldn’t find it within himself to kill him so he didn’t have to suffer any longer. what did clarke do? innocent clarke grabbed the knife, hummed a gentle tune and plunged it into the side of adam’s neck. proactive. or when in season two, it came down to pulling the lever or finding another way out. she had made a deal with lexa and lexa chose to save her own people and instead of walking away when she knew the odds were stacked against her, she went for the tunnels and found her way inside. not only did she shoot the president to prove her point, but she also she pulled said lever with the help of bellamy to ensure that her people were able to walk out of the mountain. proactive. there are so many examples i could use to show that she’s proactive af, but i don’t want to make this post forever long. basically, if it means saving her people or someone she cares about, she’ll do whatever it takes no matter the risk.
