Being in a relationship while having autism and DID
100% of conversations go something like this-
My fiancé: *finishes passionately explaining something to me*
Me: *positive that I was avidly paying attention the whole time they spoke*
Me: wha? Huh? I’m so sorry... ha I didn’t hear any of that, sorry
Shout out to my amazinggg auditory processing and dissociative mind, said me never 🙄🙄🙄
But for real my fiancé is the real MVP for putting up with this crap everyday and patiently repeating what they say constantly. I love you Drew 🥰 I’m sorry for my brain lol
