He was standing to go back to his chambers for the evening when he stumbled into a serving girl. "Oh, Gods," he cursed, his face flushing with embarrassment. "I'm sorry, girl. Are you alright?" The last thing he wanted was to be the king that got drunk and slapped around serving maids.

Nathan had been running around the streets for the past several hours. He had left Audrey alone for all of five minutes and now she was nowhere to be found. Eventually he ended up back where he had started, leaning against a wall in a narrow alley, the shadows offering a reprieve from the burning sunshine.
It was then that he saw a familiar figure turn the corner, running up to her the thing in her arms made him stop short. “What is that? ... Audball.. Is that a pig? Why do you have a pig? Where did you get a pig?”
