Osmosis is a 360 interactive experience in which the user is surrounded by abstract environments representing a membrane. The abstract landscape around the user is evolving constantly by changing sounds, shapes and colors through the user’s gaze. The hot spots are invisible, so the user is not conscious of changing the environment through his gaze. In addition to this I want to create an immersive landscape through the microphone of the smartphone, so the user is going to hear some of the sounds from “outside the membrane” distorted and compressed. I want this app to be available for smartphones, in order to let the user perceive both the virtual and real world, but mostly the space between the two.
