Some people after having a few drinks became angry, others a little slutty, but not Scarlett. Once she had a few drinks she lost even more of her filter and spewed whatever world issue was important to her at the time to anyone who would lend an ear for even a second. She'd already talked about the Ebola crisis to several people, all of them having walked away within a few seconds of her opening her mouth, but not this one. She'd managed to drone on for close to five minutes now without interruption.
"... And that's why the Ebola outbreak is a global emergency," Scarlett slurred as she finished her rant, looking for some kind of sign that what she said had gotten through. Yeah, so, she'd had a few drinks and some of her sentences probably hadn't made a lot of sense, but still, she was trying to make the world a better place one person at a time. "Were you even listening?"
