HoK Augran x Reader
As much I ship Augran and Dyadia, I'm also down bad for this handsome man
I'm also mad that there's no 'x Reader' content for these gorgeous men and women
NOTE: not completely lore accurate, still trying to understand HoK lore
Imagine meeting Augran or should I say Qi when you two where little
He was a bright chatter box person and you are the lazy silent type, too lazy for almost everything
Qi first meet you sleeping in one a tree branch when he was picking fruits for him and his friend
When a few teenagers came and start calling out your name and about needing to be a responsible student if you want to be Seer
Now this caught Qi attention because he too wants to become a Seer
You honestly 100% blame your seniors because now Qi wouldn't stop bothering you
Everyday you snuck out from your classes Qi find you and start his usual behavior
Which is talking your ears off
He honestly talk about everything, but what he talk about the most is the Seers
It didn't take long for you to admire Qi but still annoyed with how much he talks and how bright his personality is
But you still grown attach, starting to consider him as you friend and talk back to him, the conversation no longer one-sided
But of course you still remain on your spot on the tree branch, and Qi long accept that his never gonna make you come down
You did consider coming down the tree and join him and his friends
But that moment never came
The only time you did came down from your tree is when you're about to go home, returning to your classes and now, helping people evacuated as the wilting consume the area and monster start to appear because of the wilting
Many things happen, a hard pill to shallow
Your family is now gone and most of your seniors
And your friends...
You can no longer afford to laze around like before
You have taken the mantle of your master after they pass away from the wilting
Burden at a young age as the Acting Leader of the Order of Seer until the a new leader has their 'First Calling'
You do wonder if Qi, Dyadia, and the others manage to get to safety
Did you manage to help them like the others?
You don't remember
As the burden taking more toll on you, you start to forget your childhood
The only memory you have is a blurred out kid who keep bothering you
The two of you meet once again, now adults
But nor as friends, but as colleague, as stranger
Augran, leader of the Order of the Seers
Finally the burden of the responsibility of being the Acting Leader of the Order has been lifted from your shoulder
But all those years of struggle took a toll on you
With the responsibility off your shoulders, you have now more time to rest, think and process
And you now thought that not once all those years you have ever meet the Leader of the Order after your Master passing
You wonder why but sure no one would answer your questions, so you keep quiet
Now seeing Augran in person, he somehow spark a deep familiarity and nostalgia in you but never understand why
And never bother to understand it
But an old friend of both that fate is too cruel for the two of you, Dyadia may not remember or know who Augran exactly is but she knows his someone important from your past
At least that what she manage to piece together
She will do her best to help you as much as possible
Of course as best as not getting in trouble in the process as well
