gently settling down again after the long summer — spending time at home, grounding through cleaning and clearing out your space
excitedly welcoming the new beginnings and new routines that the autumn season brings
a lightness in the air — the scorching july heat has passed, you've swapped all the linen for your favourite jeans and feel alive again
cooking with seasonal produce, thoroughly enjoying the colours of courgettes, aubergines, carrots and sweet tomatoes on the kitchen table
a cold brew and some light reading before starting your day, enjoying the little luxuries for which there isn't always time once the daily grind starts again
the warm august light at a park, watching the golden sunrays filtering through the leaves of old oak trees on your evening walk
fresh, early mornings where the smell of last night's rain still lingers
preparing for another academic year — cracking open the spine of a new notebook, ink immediately filling page after page as you begin to plan your future
the sun setting ever so slightly earlier each night, the swifts starting their migration south, and you searching the kitchen cabinets for your favourite tea to warm you up
August Mood💐
Summer’s fading, I can feel it in the air.
I started making a flyer for our end of summer sale but after airing all of my August grievances there was no room left to mention the sale. Very cathartic tho.
Anyway, yeah, all our regular and fitted tees are just 13 bucks (including our "classic" style with sizes up to 5X) and everything else in the store is up to 30% off. Some of the seasonal summer limited editions will be disappearing after this weekend and our Halloween shop is open, so go stock up and prepare your wardrobe/home/self for the best time of the year!
