Writers Challenge: August 30 “Who’s Been the Biggest Cheerleader during the Writing Process?” 📚 ✍️ To me, the biggest cheerleader during my entire writing process is my bestie, the mellow cellist. The attention he pay to the details of each of my manuscripts is clear and honest. His motivating words and keeps me uplifted in my work was refreshing. I always appreciate his ability to see how my talents and skills can make a difference and he have made me a believer too! Writers Challenge: August 29 “How’s your MC most likely to Die?” 📚 ✍️ Today prompt, figuring how likely the MC to die. It would be a shitty death for a main character because the whole scene is focussed on Ana’s and her Aunt, Mrs Cora. And there is just too much of Ana’s story left to tell.  WIP: I’m going to have two very intense death scenes where my main character will watch someone die, one death is very sudden and partially anticipated. The character who dies is gone, (flashback from the 1st novel) but the characters who loved them are still around to suffer. A reader who’s attached to one of these characters and can feel their pain and sorrow, shame and guilt, anger and bitterness, will mourn for the dead alongside the grieving character. She refuse to attend classes, because she feel scared, confused with so much pressure focusing on the road. Writers Challenge: August 27 “Write a scene: Your MC walks through a Grove of Tree” 📚 ✍️ The scene open up to an old medieval house in a village where Mrs Cora was raised. Lately the village experiences a lot of rain due to it being swamp. Ana’s: I remembered awakening one morning, and finding everything smeared with only color of forgotten red. I don't know where I am... The atmospheric was calm and chilling I walked through a Grove trees This dirty road is taking me... But not here. Not now I saw three dead girls laying peacefully in some sort of eternal slumber. I don’t know the reason why Nothing about the way their limbs lay shattered at awkward angles was beautiful The red that painted the cement wasn’t a shining crimson, it wasn’t a metaphorical maroon. Writers Challenge: August 26 “The Title of your WIP if it were Children’s Book” 📚 ✍️ Today challenge is alittle odd to me, however I manage to come out with a twist. This stories were always somewhat weird, and definitely really hard to predict. Some of them were dark, others were quite sad, and absurd too. Writers Challenge: August 24 “What car does your Antagonist drive, or How do they get around?” 📚 ✍️ WIP: In the stories, Mrs Cora is the Antagonist and she drive 1970 Mercedes Benz 300 SEL, black in colour. She is obsessed with all Ana’s over the years. Quick scene: WIP “Mrs Cora and Ana’s in the car heading home”. “I’m not anything, they won’t remember me.” “ but, I’ll remember all of you. And they will suffer, I’ll give you my word.” Mrs Cora eyes were ablaze, intense and focused. Writers Challenge: August 23 “Your MC’s Dream Vacation” 📚 ✍️ South Africa’s been on Ana’s travel wishlist for longer than anywhere else in the world. What makes it about time to got out there and saw it for herself! It’s such a huge and diverse country though such as wildlife, mountains, landscapes, and she only got 11 days out there, so there’s no chance she going to be able to see everything she want to.
