A belated 35th anniversary present for @shawnkarabinos & I was part of the second #AuntieMameTrip arranged by #LittleBrother . He purchased an antique padlock, had it decorated with filigree and inscribed with our names & day we met; then took us to a bridge near the site of first date to add it to those placed there à la the Pont Des Arts in Paris. For our first get-together since Covid, #LittleBrother Greg pulled off not one, but two typically terrific #AuntieMameTrip excursions. 1) via @doorsopenpgh , the #AntiqueSkycrapers And Views Tour. The scenic revelations of hometown landmarks were embellished by the accessibly informative & contagiously enthusiastic host/guide @housertalks . For both tourists & residents, this makes for an interesting & entertaining afternoon's adventure. There's another tour scheduled for October 2 & 3 2021.
