The problem with being blind was that, quite obviously, she could not see people who approached her. Though her other senses had improved slightly, it was still disadvantageous not being able to see who was near her. She wasn't like her mother, she couldn't fight back. She wasn't like her brother, the fastest person she knew. She was blind and helpless, despite her strength.
"W-who is it?" She questioned, trying to hide her nerves. As far she she knew, it was evening; a dangerous time for a blind girl to be wandering by herself. "Is that... Ryan, is that you?"
