The Lornlords were understood to be dead, and that everyone is living in the wake of their grand battle. The Gods of the First Pantheon were said to be the children of the Aurlorn, and so worshiping them is worshiping the Aurlorn. Cultists can be found worshiping either of the two Lornlords throughout the lands, in hopes of reawakening them or using their power.

Creation Myth of CCU

In the beginning of the Universe, two Lornlords were born: the Aurlorn and the Morlorn. The two battled for eons, neither coming close to winning. The Morlorn struck a devastating blow to the Aurlorn, tearing a hole through its chest. The Aurlorn fell onto a nearby planet, Earth, and used the rest of its energy to let out a devastating roar, banishing the Morlorn from our plane of existence. Magic present in the world is what remains of the Aurlorn's roar to banish the Morlorn, and the Gods of the First Pantheon were born. The body of the Aurlorn combined with the Earth's crust, forming the continent of Aurlia.
