Look at these guys just hanging out together by the bar on a lovely Wednesday afternoon? What outrageous story do you think Aron is telling and what are the odds that he’s completely full of shit? I don’t know if Sage and Kyle are into it, whereas Jun seems totally invested. Meanwhile, Zane is just casually peacing out of there. He’s had enough. 

Inside some of the girls are having a conversation of their own - a slightly more serious one than the boys’ by the looks of it. Aurora seems to be the orchestrator. Is she trying to get Ayla and Georgia to vote out someone? Are they forming an alliance? Hana is quick to notice this and she is determined to find out more... under the pretense of fixing the coffee machine of course! 

HANA: Those bitches are up to something, I just know it!

Fourteen of YOUR sims have been chosen to be contestants in the Big Brother house.

They must live together for the next twelve weeks, completely cut off from the outside world. Each week they will compete in a skill-based challenge for the title of Head of Household. Each week they will vote each other out until there are only two houseguests remaining. The jury will then vote for the winner and award them the cash prize of 500,000 simoleons.

Welcome to the very first season of the Sims 4 Big Brother Challenge. Are you ready?

First we have the results of the skill challenge for the week. Remember, the houseguest with the lowest level will be the first nominee, while the houseguest with the highest level will be next week’s H.O.H. 

Sage reached 15% of level 3.

Payton reached 39% of level 2.

Aurora reached 16% of level 2.

Clyde reached 1% of level 2. 

Kassia reached 56% of level 1.

Hana reached 42% of level 1.

Georgia reached 39% of level 1. 

Melissa reached 31% of level 1.

Kyle reached 27% of level 1. 

Zane reached 10% of level 1.

JT reached 8% of level 1. 

Bianca had no wellness skill.

Ayla had no wellness skill.

It looks like Sage won the title of H.O.H. by quite the margin! Meanwhile, we have a tie for last place! This means the sim with the lowest relationship with Aron out of the pair will be the nominee. It’ll be between either Bianca or Ayla.

The flames start to get just a little out of control around the fire pit. Fortunately no one is singed this time around - or dead - but it does get pretty toasty. It also teaches Zane a valuable lesson. In this house, you always have to watch your back. Sometimes it’ll be a fire, other times it’ll be a knife. 

I realized rock climbing isn’t on the list of weekly skill challenges which is a little unfortunate. Is anyone going to tell Aurora that she’s wasting her time on an unnecessary skill or are we just going to watch her struggle? 

So um, Sage...? Honey...? What is happening? I want to say this might be the funniest thing to have happened so far this season. There I am, casually zooming around the house looking for excitement, when suddenly this naked guy comes into frame. I can’t tell him to get dressed. It’s against the rules. We’ll just have to see a lot more of him than we’d like for a bit. I’m sure Hana will love that. She’ll know better than to comment on his choice of swimwear next time.

I regret to announce that on Wednesday morning near 1AM our first bladder failure occurred. Unfortunately, Payton will have to endure the shame and humiliation for the rest of the day - perhaps even the rest of the season. It’s not exactly the legacy she wished to leave behind.

1AM is a slower time in the house as most sims are very much sound asleep. While most of the houseguests have chosen beds, some like Aurora have more interesting places to catch a few Z’s. Is she really sleeping however or is she pretending to? Perhaps she’s just trying to listen in on Clyde and Ayla’s conversation.  

Melissa knows what’s up. Staying awake to catch all of the drama is her game plan. At least she makes somewhat decent coffee, not the horrible sludge some other houseguests have made in the past.

The sun up and it looks like it’ll be a nice day out today - perfect to spend time outdoors. Sims are beginning to wake up while others are finally crawling into bed to sleep... 

Kassia decides to join Aron in the yard to do some yoga. Finally! Sims are actually doing something that’ll help toward the skill challenge! Just a reminder that Aron is the H.O.H. this week so he cannot participate in the skill challenge. That means Kassia is the only other sim to have acquired the wellness skill so they are currently in the lead. It’s still early! There’s still plenty of time for your favorite houseguest to catch up! 

It looks like a few people have gathered in the kitchen for some breakfast. Let’s head over there and wait for someone to start another fire. First up on the stove is Zane. It’s his first time so fingers crossed! While he’s making grilled cheese Aurora goes up to him. At first it looks like they’re having a nice, pleasant conversation - until he turns his back and Aurora gives him the ultimate stink eye. Was his stupid joke not funny? Yeah, that happens a lot... 

Next up on the stove is Ayla. Remember, she’s the one that started the fire last time. Looks like she’s successful this time around though! Congrats Ayla!

Tuesday morning brings us a very smelly smelly Zane and two unfortunate sims that have to eat breakfast while also attempting to tolerate the stench. At least Kassia seems entertained by Zane’s story. It turns out they may actually have a slight crush on him. Really Kassia? Really? That green stench cloud does it for you? 

Most of the time the bathroom is empty. It seems everyone has the need to pee or shower all at once - especially in the mornings. Today is no exception. We have sims using both showers, both toilets, and for some reason JT also feels the need to fix the sink right this instant. 

At least the houseguests have lost all sense of personal space and privacy. Well... more or less. Melissa will learn eventually.

We also have our first signs of a showmance! Payton is very attracted to Kassia and it looks like they feel the same way! They’re the first pair to start flirting autonomously. Let’s see what happens! Aaah! Forget Zane and Kassia. #Payssia is where it’s at! I’m so excited!

It looks like Aurora is officially in the running for next week’s H.O.H. title! She’s looking a little bit miserable but nobody said winning would be easy. No guts no glory, am I right? 

Since most of the sims are asleep now, I want to take a minute to show off the two bedrooms a little better - each with different themes and both a lot more colorful than my usual style. I’m actually obsessed with how the space-themed one turned out and will probably use the style for a nursery and/or kids’ bedroom in the future.
