The Slave and the Pharaoh
Egypt. The place of exotics. A place full of wonder and dangers. Egypt is mostly consisted of vast deserts and immense heat. Though the vast country does have one thing to make the place liveable. The Nile River. A vast and large river and water source to many. The river so large it can allow boats to travel along up and down its serene waters. Much traveling to the major cities is down by boat travel. Like merchants, traders, and visitors of other countries. But the river now is bringing about a special visitor who's destination is to the kingdom of Pharaoh Atem. For the ship was of Roman decor and style. For you see Romans hope to form peace treaty with the great Pharaoh and offer him some possible suitors for him to marry since it would politically strengthen trade and other things that would come with marrying into the country. And amongst the ship carried many Roman soldiers for protection of both people and cargo. Amongst the people we're a few politicians coming to Egypt to set up the treaty between the two countries. As well as the politicians visiting there was also a selection of suitors brought with them for the Pharaoh. Suitors for the Pharaoh to chose to marry should be fine antof them to his liking. Two of the five suitors looked quite average in physical appearance for the two Roman women. Both with mid back length brunette hair, Roman nose, the Roman height of 5'3", with their olive skin tone. They looked to be in their late teens of 17 and 18 years of age. Amongst the other three, another women and two men were of Roman race as well, though their appearance was much more exotic and desired to the Romans. For they had blonde hair and blue eyes. The Romans commonly depicted their Gods as blue eyed and blonde haired, because those were rare traits for a Roman to have, thus making them quite exotic and highly wanted in slave trading and in arranged marriages. The third women had short and slightly curly blonde hair that reached to the base of her neck and grey blue eyes. Her height was 5' 4" and her skin tone was much lighter then the Romans around them and she looked to be 17 years of age. Roman woman would also bleach their skin or use cosmetics to lighten their olive skin tone to gain more beauty. One of the two men was of 20 years of age and was looking nervous or the trip was wearing fine Roman robes that of a nobleman or a scholar. The other man was... well more feminine. He was 21 years of age and he looked content and happily sipping on his wine. He was dressed more like somewhat of a dancers clothes. And with his long golden blonde hair reaching down to his lower back and his height was exceeding the average height. He was 5' 8" in height a show of good lineage. He was more outgoing and a chatter box. The suitors were gonna enjoy this trip and do their best at trying to win over the Pharaoh's favor in marriage. But other then these suitors there was one on the ship that wasn't happy at all about the trip. For she was placed down below in the deck with the rest of the cargo. Amongst the crates of supplies and treasure ready to be presented to the Pharaoh was a single slave chained the wall of the ship's lower deck. She wasn't natively Roman. For her well tanned skin clearly tells that of her Egyptian Heritage. She had beautiful dark brown hair with light brown and hints of golden blonde highlights with in the hair. It's length was down to her calves when fully standing at her 5' 7" height and her body had more curves to her body then average. And then there were her eyes. They are the most interesting part of her physique, they were of the color of a light purple or bright Ameythest color. And exotic color among Egyptians. But her story of her place on the ship takes one early in her past to which was a past she rather forget and move on. She had gone through much in her life and the scars she carried on her were heavy enough. Her life was changing once more and she was to be offered to some Pharaoh here in her homeland of Egypt. She wasn't looking forward to this new life at all but, she was slightly happy to back in her homeland for it brought her a bit of closure to her conscience. @aurorachan
