I have long been an admirer of your work, and believe the time has come that we finally properly make each others acquaintance outside our circle of mutually-minded friends.

A Subtle Inquisition (Part 2)

Though we are not acquainted, I hope you will not find this letter an imposition. We share a common cause and I mean you no ill-will. However, your name has come up in certain inquiring circles of mine, and you may be in possession of answers I desperately need. 

With that in mind, I would be grateful if you would join me for tea tomorrow at my flat in London, to discuss such sensitive matters.
