Text ↠ Aurora and Zadrian
Zadrian: Where the hell are you?
Zadrian: Seriously.
Grand Gesture | Zadrian&Aurora
He had to get Aurora on his side somehow, and it seemed the only way to win her affections over was by buying her something nice. The agents assigned to him however had other ideas on how to spend the rest of their evening, so he was stuck in his room all night. The next day came though, and Zadrian had to work with what he could get. He thought that maybe after an evening without him, Aurora would realize how much she needed him too. It was a long shot, but he had to have faith in his own plan.
Though they didn’t have enough money for him to spend on lavish items, seeing that their own fund was frozen and he was only allowed what was strictly given to him for food, he figured that he could only buy something of a simple gesture. Flowers wouldn’t be too difficult to come buy, and, he would only have to skip a few meals in order to pay for them. A dozen red roses is what he ended up buying at the gift shop usually reserved for people in the hospital wing. It was then he realized that people were in there because of him, and he left with a wicked smile, telling his agents that he was buying the flowers on behalf of his sister after leaving on such bad terms the day previously. And, as they got to her door, he hid the flowers behind him and knocked at her door, hoping to surprise her.
i still get jealous || Aurora & Zadrian
It was quite the short walk over to his sister’s room, and as he calmly knocked on her door, he let his emotions subside, though, underneath he was a bomb getting ready to go off. And to just think, the last time he had been at his sister’s door like this, he was ready to jump on her like an animal, giving her his everything and letting her know how much he truly cared. That all didn’t even matter anymore, as she was so clearly sleeping with someone else, who had undoubtedly gotten her pregnant. It irked him so much, but he contained it until the last possible second while he waited at her door. As he remembered how he left things the last time, this would only make matters worse, as his eyes narrowed while he faced the door away from the agents and gave a short huff to release all that was in him until he could make it inside the room properly, and let the door close before he really went off on her.
Guess Who’s Back || Zadrian & Aurora
It had been far too long. Even with the visits, Zadrian felt so utterly alone. Every nerve in his body was screaming for any sort of attention that he could receive, even if it was from the meekly looking guards that only gave him a look every now and then. With his release, there was a build up of anticipation where he was basically relearning all of the Academy’s rules once more. He figured it was like a parole system, which is how it was explained to him. A guard would be on standby if ever they needed Zadrian to be taken down. His abilities would still be suppressed, as he figured, seeing that the whole school was rather weary of his powers going “out of control” like he had convinced everyone they had before. And, he was going to be under extreme surveillance.
But, other than that, he was a free man, or as free as any nearly convicted man could be. Two guards followed behind him through the halls as he led them to his room, a place he had actually missed compared to the confinement chamber. Then, an overwhelming urge and desire came over him and he only muttered to the guards, commanding them rather than asking, “I’m going to my sister’s room.” He turned down the hallway, passing a few people and only gave back dirty looks before they came across her door. He knocked on it slightly, his breathing becoming more jagged with each passing moment as something so animalisitc was itching to break free.
A Little Piece of Heaven | Aurora&Julian
He heard about everything that went down. It wasn’t hard to get the gossip when they were surrounded by drama. He had tried telling someone, but the threat that Aurora left him with was mind-numbing and he even stopped getting sleep at night because of it. She had it all dealt with. That’s what she had told him. But, after hearing multiple versions of the story, he had to find the real truth. She was in the hospital, so, it seemed the only plausible way to get any sleep.
It was the dead of night when he snuck out after tossing and turning in his bed for hours on end. The fact that he didn’t do anything bothered him restlessly, so he had to find out what Aurora meant by she having it handled. Sneaking around wasn’t hard by any means for the young man with speed, as he quickly rounded all the corners and rushed down all the halls before he got to the hospital wing of the Academy. There, he ran past security, and bypassed any night nurses on duty, finding out swiftly what room Aurora was in by a simple glance at one of the clipboards over someone’s shoulder. And, he ran off to find her room, entering it without a word and appearing next to her bed with a short huff. “Tell me the truth.” He asked, arms crossed over his chest.
Past|Flashback|Aurora&Zadrian
Zadrian and his twin had just turned five when their parents told them they were having another child, and at first, there was a slight excitement, but, at the same time, there was also a rather boring aspect to it all. They already had Akron to deal with, which could be bad enough when he became so easily irritated because he was far too young to understand that the older boys got to more things. It was hard for Zadrian to fully grasp why his parents were having another child, but, couldn’t really think about all too much as he was far too fascinated with toy trucks, and rough-housing with his brothers.
When it was announced to them that the new baby was going to be a girl, Zadrian still didn’t care all too much, though, there was a part of him that had become far more enthusiastic than before. A girl like mommy around the house would be good, and it would be new and different.
He, and his brothers slept in the waiting room with extended family as his mother went into labor. And while the three boys could peacefully sleep, the Dougal matriarchy birthed a healthy baby girl, who for some odd reason had a dark skin tone than either of the Dougal parents combined. That didn’t stop Zadrian however during the morning visit after all had been cleaned up. From first sight, the young boy peeked over the edges of the crib she was contained in and smiled happily. Once his mother told him that her name was Aurora, it was the only thing he could say the rest of the day, on repeat.
Once night fell, and most of the Dougals were asleep once more, Zadrian found himself still in awe at the newborn baby. In a quiet whisper, he affirmed to her, “I’m gonna be the bestest big brother Aurora. You are so pretty, but not in a yucky way. I just know we’re going to be bestest friends.” He quietly reached into her crib and held onto her hand for a moment before he slipped away to fall asleep in a roll-away bed the hospital provided.
